Prepare before starting up

4 According to the ratio of cold aggregate, check the material preparation of the aggregate, and the insufficient part must be matched and reproduced;

5 Check if the staff and auxiliary equipment are complete, such as whether the loader is in place, whether the vehicle is in place, and whether the operators of each position are in place;

2, preheating

Check the oil supply of the heat transfer oil furnace and the position of the asphalt valve, etc., start the asphalt pump, check whether the asphalt can normally enter the asphalt weighing hopper from the asphalt storage tank;

Boot

1 Before turning on the power, check the position of each switch correctly, and pay attention to the order in which the power is turned on in each part;

2 When starting the microcomputer, you should pay attention to whether it is normal after starting, so as to take corresponding measures;

3 According to the asphalt mixture ratio required for the day's project, correctly set the parameters in the microcomputer;

4 Start the air compressor. After the rated pressure is reached, manually press the pneumatic valves several times to ensure normal operation, especially the finished material silo door, and drain the residue in the tank;

5 Before starting the rest of the equipment, first signal the relevant personnel of the entire equipment to make it ready;

6 According to the circuit interlocking relationship of the equipment, start the motor of each part in sequence. When starting, the inspector should observe whether the equipment is running normally. If there is any abnormality, immediately notify the control room and take corresponding measures.

7 The equipment will be idling for about 10 minutes. After the inspection is confirmed to be normal, all personnel can be notified by the police to start production.

1 Ignition and drying the drum and increase the temperature of the dust chamber first. At this time, the size of the throttle depends on various specific conditions, such as weather, temperature, mix of mixing materials, water content of aggregate, temperature of dust chamber, temperature of hot aggregate and The condition of the equipment itself, etc., the flame at this time must be manually controlled;

2 After the parts reach the appropriate temperature, start to join the aggregate, and pay attention to whether the transportation of each belt is normal;

3 When the aggregate is transported to the aggregate weighing hopper, observe whether the difference between the reading and the rated value of the load cell is within the allowable range. If the difference is large, take corresponding measures;

4 Prepare the loading locomotive at the waste (overflow) port and pour the waste (over) material off-site;

5 Increase production should be carried out step by step, and after comprehensive analysis of various factors, produce appropriate output to prevent overload production;

6 When the equipment is running, it should pay attention to various abnormal conditions and make judgments in time to stop and start the equipment correctly;

7 When the production is stable, the instrument should display various data such as temperature, air pressure, current, etc.

Shut down

1 Control the total production volume and the quantity in the thermal warehouse, prepare the downtime as needed, and notify the relevant personnel in advance to cooperate;

2 After the qualified materials are produced, the remaining materials should be cleaned up, and no residual materials should remain in the drum and in the dust removal room;

3 The asphalt pump should be counter-pumped so that there is no residual asphalt in the pipeline;

4 The heat transfer oil furnace can be turned off as needed to stop heating;

5 Record the final data of the day's production, such as the output, the number of cars, the fuel consumption, the amount of bitumen consumed, the amount of aggregate consumed by the shift, etc., and notify the paving site and relevant personnel in time;

6 to clean the domestic sewage treatment plant equipment after all shutdowns;

7 to lubricate the equipment according to the maintenance plan;

8 Check, repair, adjust and test equipment failures, such as running, running, dripping, oil leakage, belt adjustment, etc.

9 It is necessary to release the mixture stored in the finished silo in time to prevent the temperature from going through the bottom and fail to open the bucket door smoothly;

10 Drain the water from the air tank of the air compressor.
